The Brilloco Institute was established in 2014 by financier and economist, Denzel Thomas. Based in Lakeland and serving the Florida inner-city communities, we have made it our mission to help improve the lives of over 1000 teenagers. We draw on our industry experience and innovative research to understand how today’s workplace is shaped and to help individuals transition into successful employment.
